How Do I Place An Order?
Simply send me an e-mail with the name of the piece, letting me know that you wish to purchase it. Please be sure and add a valid e-mail and phone/text number to your request in order for me to process and send an invoice. Please indicate which payment method you would prefer..
When I receive your request, you will be sent an invoice through PayPal , Zelle, or Venmo (Your preference) using your email/texting phone number for payment. When your request is received, the item will be put on hold from inventory for 72 hours. If payment is not received within 72 hours, the item will be placed back into inventory, unless there is a down payment.* (Please see below)
Payment cannot be split up, unless it is a down payment situation to hold your chosen piece as described below.
If you request, you may be sent an invoice for a *20% down payment on your item to hold it. This is 20% of the item only and does not take into consideration any shipping and handling costs. You will then be sent an invoice for the remaining balance 14 days after your down payment was received. Once it is received, the down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you decide you do not wish to continue with your purchase, or do not pay the balance within the 72 hour grace period of receiving the final invoice, the down payment will be kept to absorb the cost of holding the item out of sales from potential other buyers. There are no exceptions.
Your item will be shipped via USPS via priority mail, within 5-7 business days after receipt of payment. Available for US addresses only at this time, sorry.
Your item will be packed as carefully as possible, in multiple layers to prevent damage during the shipping process.
Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more, excluding tax or shipping costs, and after any sale or discounts are factored in. If your order is BELOW $75, the flat rate priority costs plus a minimal $2.00 handling fee will be added to your invoice. I will use the smallest box possible to ship your order in to help keep this cost down. If you need your item in less than 3-5 days, upon approval by you, the additional costs will be factored in and added to your invoice.
Teena's Midnight Muse is NOT responsible for late, missing, damaged, stolen or otherwise undelivered packages. Once they leave my hands I have no control over what happens to them. You will be sent a link with shipping numbers/documentation when your package goes out so that you can track your package. You will then be able to inquire with the shipping provider about packages damaged or not delivered in a timely manor.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Teena's Midnight Muse uses outside payment processing companies for secure payment options. Agreeing to the use of these companies releases Teena's Midnight Muse and or Teena Welch (owner) from any consequences of security breaches involving your credit card and/or banking information. Your payment information will not be stored by Teena's Midnight Muse to help prevent any use or abuse of that information.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted if received back to Teena's Midnight Muse within 14 days of the day shipped out to you, in its original condition and with a copy of the invoice enclosed.
If your return is of an order that was less than $75, or it is a partial return, adjusting the original amount down to less than $75, the return amount will be adjusted to cover the original shipping costs.
Returns are for store credit only. No cash/credit reimbursement will be given.
Payment privacy is as described above. Teena's Midnight Muse, nor its owner Teena Welch will not see, store or use your payment information beyond a single transaction through the outside processing companies. Your information will be encrypted through the processing companies so that your numbers will not be disclosed beyond what is needed to complete the transaction. All that will be seen by Teena's Midnight Muse is the confirmation/receipt that you have paid. Financial information will not be included in this notification.
Your personal information gathered will not be shared with anyone, any affiliates, or any advertisers, period. I only use it for sales transaction records, and if you opt in, for sales on items I may have in the future that you chose to see. You may opt out at any time from that list.
If your piece fails due to workmanship with regular wear, I will be happy to fix it for you free in the first 90 days. After 90 days, I will still be willing to fix it, but there may be minimal expense to replace/repair pieces and stones. If it is a strung piece and it breaks, please do your best to find ALL of the pieces so that I can reconstruct it. I may not have the exact size/color of stones if some are lost. Please realize there is a constant learning curve in making jewelry. I try my best to make sure each piece is stable before offering it for purchase, however, I am not infallible.
